After the expiry of HATHWAY BBC, I decided to go for BSNL. I visited their office in Greams Road, Chennai and got an application.
In that application, they have provided to book BBC on-line. I came to my office and
booked through on-line. It asked some basic details such as name, address, plan option etc.
After filling up all the information, it gave me one reference number which I failed to note thinking that this number can be printed again once I give my basic details.
That proved wrong. When I visited that website to take printout of that number, I could not find any provision for the same.
I did not get any response from BSNL even after 15 days.
I once again visited their office and met the officer and gave my details.
She promptly asked for the reference number given at the time of booking on-line.
I gave my personal details used for registration. With that details, she could not locate my details and asked me to give fresh application.
I gave fresh application and after 20 days, I got the connection.
BSNL, the government body is that much fast.
